He has a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering from Monmouth University and a Master of Science in Technology Management from the Stevens Institute of Technology. Responsible for transition of enabling hardware and software technologies for application in Government and commercial systems. Expertise in design and optimization of C4ISR architecture, applications and infrastructure. Experienced manager of large technical organizations (over 3OO technical professionals) with total cost, schedule, performance and P/L responsibility. Successfully captured and closed over $1.5B in Federal contracts. Eight-year member of the Army Science Board conducting in-depth technical and market analyses of existing and emerging technologies as they apply to Army and Joint operations. Accomplished entrepreneur in high technology transfer, venture start-up and capitalization. Published in numerous professional journals and conference proceedings. Several patents in the field of plasma physics awarded.
