What we do

GTS is a certified Woman Owned Small business with a 32-year history of providing Scientific, Engineering, Technical and Logistics solutions to the Department of Defense and Federal Civilian customers. At GTS we enable discovery and innovation for our clients by providing best in class Scientific, Engineering and Technical support both on Government site as well as from GTS facilities. The majority of our staff have advanced degrees in engineering and the sciences positioning us to provide support in a wide array of technical disciplines.

We provide support to our clients advancing the state of the art in electro-optic sensors, radio frequency device and system development, autonomous sensing, all aspects of tactical power and energy research and prototype development, and electromagnetic and electro-optic signature management.

At GTS we provide comprehensive Program Management for Research, Development, Test and Evaluation projects for our clients. We have a long-standing reputation for agility and the ability to award FAR compliant contracts on short notice. On behalf of our clients we identify high-payoff Research and Development prototype development projects, develop a program plan complete with cost, schedule and performance milestones and deliverables, and quickly negotiate terms on behalf of our clients. We ensure projects are delivered to our clients on-time, within scope and at or under budget.

Our primary clients are the US DoD Service RDT&E Centers and Laboratories as well as Federal Agencies and National Laboratories.
