Mark Robertson
Mark is the Program Manager for GTS’ newly awarded US Soldier Tactical/Expeditionary Power and Energy Generation Services Contract, servicing the needs of the US Army CERDEC Power Division and its goal to advance power source and distribution network technologies for use by Army organizations in the field. Mark also develops teaming strategies, technical proposals, and pricing models as part of the company’s business growth plan. He has been with GTS since 2017.
Prior to joining GTS, Mark had progressive responsibilities as a systems engineer, program manager, line operations Vice President, and new business growth strategist for various DoD support firms. He has supported US Army C4ISR programs and associated organizations for over 37 years, and has led technical teams in the areas of systems design, testing, software life cycle maintenance, and fielding support to the Soldier. As a line manager, he has an accomplished track record of team building, finance management, and new business development. As a capture manager and proposal development lead, he led and/or supported various wins of large IDIQ and single-award services and system development contracts.
Mark holds a BSEE degree from the Rutgers University College of Engineering.
