You can access our New Hire Self-Service Forms by clicking on the button below. Please make sure to follow the instructions to ensure all new employment actions are completed and is returned to GTS HR department at Career@gtsllc.com prior to your first day of employment.

Each form can be completed on-line with “fill-in” capability. Please make sure to have a PDF reader such as Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat or Print.

You are required to either bring the printed forms, along with a copy of your official college transcript, and any requested documents. Unless you used the “Fill in” forms downloaded and sent by email.
